Terms and Conditions

Pricing:

These costs have been discounted by factories before being offered. However, as these are clearance, you can submit the offer you would be happy to pay. The factory may choose to accept, negotiate or refuse it.

Quality:

As these are clearance products, they have not been inspected by MARC's QC teams. Pictures are available on request or samples at your own cost to have them sent. Any issues with quality will not be MARC's responsibility.

Packaging:

This will have been completed in the factories for the original customers own design. This will be available to view on request. Any changes to packaging will be done at your own costs.

Payment Terms:

All payments will be 30% T/T deposit paid to MARC, 70% on presentation of documents.
